Curry Spareribs!

I was migraine the other day. So take a nap after viewing our new house at Jalan Ipoh on Sunday afternoon.

When i woke up, darling already cooked a bowl of my favourite Curry Spareribs for our dinner...

Although is his first time to cook this recipe, but it is really nice!

KFC in Aman Puri

I love to eat KFC and same as my Colleague!

That day as usual, we went KFC for lunch. Bought our meals, took our meals and select a seat.

While i want to seat on a chair, my colleague told me: " there is something under your seat."

I looked at it, and immediate i jumped to other place without concerning "my image". With highly embarrassed and everyone looked at me! Cause i nearly fall down... :S

You know why?

Although it's dead, but i still feel that nauseate.

Being a Restaurant, i think it is time for KFC Malaysia to do some review on all its franchise restaurant...

Self baked Potatoe Wedges~

I am not good in cooking, but that day after dinner, just feeling wanna try to bake some potatoe at home.

Cut the potatoe into slice

Apply some butter (i use planta), and sprinkle salt onto it

Put it into toaster oven (220) for 20 min

After baked -- The "look" not very nice

But the taste not bad, a bit too salty

The Rocket...

As usual, i am having breakfast at oldtown alone this morning.

A teenage approached me to buy "The Rocket" (so called Rocket Newspaper), so i bought it with RM2.

Note: I bought it before, and it is worth to buy it. You can get to know more about inner issues that mainstream newspaper won't tell you)

During enjoying my breakfast, i read a few pages, and it makes me to burst into tears....

It's about the Perak issue, how police treated the PKR people...

It's about how's life in Kamunting jail, and the treatment to those people arrested under ISA...

It's about Hindraf people tried hard to fight for their rights...

It's about people arrested because of 507...

and many more...

Till now, i only read about 4 pages, but i already can't controlled my tears.

So sad to see Malaysia politic...

So helpless to be a normal Malaysian...

As a reader, i know i can't abosorb 100% of contents, as it may be already mix up with some personal emotion.

But as a Mass Communication student, i appeal to all mainstream media broadcaster & journalist give public the truth and fair reporting!

今天不开心。。。

很少会为了公事而不开心，今天我。。。。。不开心。
早上和 JAZZ 去 BUKIT KIARA 看看那儿的地方，方便将来要在那儿搞活动时，才会对那儿环境了如指掌。
见到森姆（那儿的推广人员），他为我介绍所有的设施及详细解说曾经在那儿搞过活动的顾客。
森姆：上个星期O*** UNI*****TY 才在这儿做FAMILY DAY 而已。。
细问之下，才发现他们拿了我们的建议和活动内容，让别的活动公司做。
原因：因为我们不是和他们相同种族。。。
我这么说，你可能不会赞同，但事实是如此。。。 而这，不是头一着。
我常说服自己，马来西亚只有一个，不会分你我他。但事实却摆在眼前，不得叫我不信。

这公司在网站（www.creativemalaysia.com ）找到我们。
第一次去开会，单枪匹马，因为我认为可以胜任。坐在她的办公室大厅，我等了足足两个小时。见到她时还要喜皮笑脸，当做毫无关系。（事实上她连道歉都没有。只是说：“我今天很忙”）但开会时间明明是她订的。

好！没关系，谁叫我还想赚你的钱呢！

接着我们开会。 在会议室开会时，不时打岔，时而叫这个来听我的汇报，时而叫这个去拿文件给她。到一半时，她有个同事进来说要用那间房，结果我还要开着电脑荧幕（因为汇报到一半），一手拿电脑，另一手提着电脑包包和文件夹，很狼狈的搬去第二个房间。

没关系！

我接着汇报。这时，她忽然对在座的一位同事说：“FATIMAH，saya ada panggil you masuk meeting ke? Saya ingat saya panggil Fatimah Hassan, bukan Fatimah Ali??”

" Saya pun hairan kenapa you ada kat sini. Mungkin saya email salah. You tak payah kat sini, boleh keluar dulu. "

我有点火冒三丈，心想：哈罗小姐，人家一开会又是你叫她进来，而且那FATIMAH坐在这儿很久了，还没搬房间就已经在了！！！ 但毕竟这是人家内部的事，与我无关，只是觉得那FATIMAH很可怜。。。就当自己在看“马佬戏”！

但我觉得她们身在教育界应该也懂得什么叫礼貌和尊重吧！
或是觉得只要人家尊重她，而她不需要尊重别人？

汇报完毕，她说因为他们是第一次做家庭日，希望我给更多idea， 好让他们更了解。并说对我的汇报很满意，还说：hope we can work together soon!

回到我的办公室，虽然对刚才等待的两小时有点不满，加上中场有点混乱。基于她现在很大可能是我的未来客户，又说他们不懂家庭日怎么做。我只有下点苦功，做了整个活动流程，活动细节，怎么开始，怎么结束，怎么吸引人，怎么布置，怎么让她的员工玩得开心，等等。。。

第二次开会，又在她的办公楼等了一个半小时，原因：另一个活动公司迟到，延迟汇报时间，所以我的也被迫延迟！！！

气死我了！别人迟到管我X事，他迟到就叫他等啦！！ 为什么是我！！！

没关系！ 我们是专业的，就连服务态度也要是最好的！
那我和JAZZ 就进去了。

（进去时遇到对上一个活动公司人员 -- 一男一女马来人出来，有4个马来员工送他们出来。我起初不以为意，因为那公司的构造有点特别，很容易迷路，所以送他们出来也是应分的。但到我们两个华人小女子出来时，没人带领之下，迷路了。。。。。 欲哭无泪！）

进去开会，汇报了我的建议，他们都说很好，尤其是嘉宾表演环节。我甚至让他们看短篇，照片和那艺人在表演时的照片。过后我们就“迷路”的回家了。。。

隔天打电话给她，她说我们的价钱稍嫌贵，另个马来公司可以便宜几千块，但是表演嘉宾不同。那我说，如果没给她这么好的表演嘉宾，他们的价钱我也能做。

过后，就不了了之了。。。

结果，今天我在那森姆口中知道，她把我的建议全给了那马来公司，就连我建议的艺人也用了！！！

随即，我就拨电给那艺人，他说：biasalar, chinese company selalu bagi idea, selepas tu tak dapat job!

这是什么世界啊！！！！

说真的，很多时候大公司都已经内定了谁会是承包商，只是要拿几份价钱做做戏而已。
又或者说看谁可以很识时务，俗语说：给钱他吃/给好处。
这些人我都可以接受，因为他们只拿了我们一点时间，而我认为是值得的。哪知有天真的会用我们。

而另一种就像这O*** UNI*****TY 一样，希望我们给多点IDEA。过后就叫自己人做。
这种人最要不得，因为你不止浪费我宝贵的时间，还浪费了我的心思，偷取了我们智慧产物！！！

One Black Coffee!

As promised, i have attended to the One Black Coffee at aman puri tonight.
It is pretty quiet but can see some people also wearing in black and order kopi o. And i am also one of them!
Being curious and ke poh, i was here together with my brother since 10.15pm.

At about 10.20pm, there is a police car petrol around, but think just a normal petrol.

Now is about 11.05pm, the business here is so good and occupied all tables! But the people wearing black not that many.

A bit dissapointed, but at least i participate!

I saw a guy wearing a black t-shirt with words-there is no peace without justice. I think he is one of the member to participate also.

Hopefully with all malaysian's hope, we can get back justice and brighter future of malaysia.

“黑咖啡之约”

我原本并不晓得原来有这么一个约。
那天（六月四日）要和姐姐去和下午茶，地点就在我办公室后面的oldtown. 岂知姐到后打电话给我：oldtown 装修ler... 在你办公楼后面你也不知道啊？
我听得金刚摸不着头脑。。。有吗？ 我真的不知道eh....

过后看了今日大马才知道怎么回事。。。
昨天又去oldtown吃早餐，故意找了个服务生问问，
“你们那天做装修吗？”
“噢！是啊！”
“有吗？我怎么没看到有改变？”
“啊。。。。 嗯。。。。 有啊!装修那边。”（指向泡咖啡的地方）
“那边？有吗？还不是一样。。。”（发挥着我打破砂锅问到底的本色）
“有啦！一点点。。。”
“哦！我看到了！！！！ 原本放着四罐100号，现在变三罐！！！”（全场大笑）

说真的，我完全没看到有改变，还是他装修后边的厨房我们看不见？
希望这星期四可以在那儿吃早餐啦！
不然下个星期他又得找借口了。。。。

I was there for 2009 New Year countdown as well. And some artists performed there. One of them are 吴卓曦。

In short, if you have a chance to drop by or pass by Penang, remember drop by to Juru Autocity, for its auto world & also food paradise!

Family Movie at Sunway Carnival 28 January 2009

This is the first time where all my family members went to cinema together!

It is another important mark in my life....

Due to my family was not a rich family during my childhood, and going cinema is a kinda of "wastage" coz my parents have to work hard in order to give us best education & living materials.

May be u will feel that going cinema with family is not a big issue, but for me, it is!

The 3rd day of CNY, we went to Sunway Carnival for Movie.

The movie title is not important (i also forgotten), but important is we were gather all family members, excluded voon (she is in KL).

Parents, Da jie & bro goh, Da ge & Da shao, Er ge, Me & Nick. And Nick's family also came for movie.

Parents were fall asleep during show :p, but i know they are happy with the gathering.

emmm....... next time going to organize a Family Karaoke.

Mat be next CNY coz normal time will difficult gather all members...

AH MEI Star Tour Concert 阿妹演唱会 on 20th March 2009

That day went to ah mei's concert, as usual, it is a free tickets!

It was a great show that i ever seen.

Normally i will leave a concert half way coz i will always feel bored in a concert. And i attended to a concert normally is becoz just to see their set-up and gimmick used for opening.

But for Ah Mei concert, me & Mei Ying had stay throughout the concert, and we left after the encore part!

We were sitting "high-up" there because our ticket is the lowest value, but i was extremely enjoyed in the concert, although it was raining when we queue to enter the stadium.

From the opening song till the end, it was just like a huge Karaoke KTV, everybody sang together with ah mei.

The stage is great, the lighting is perfect, the special effect is various, the songs especially 100% perfect, the dancers & musician are perfect too!

I told darling that i am going to buy the VIP ticket when ah mei next concert in Malaysia.

Frens, believe me, the show was GREAT!!!
